Florida Live Steamers 2010 Winter Meets

On Monday, February 1, 2010, I broke up the 2-1/2 to 3 inches of ice in front of the garage so I could load up and get ready to travel. When I got out the motor home storage location, I found the RV surrounded by a few more inches of ice. I was on the road a few hours later than planned, but heading south the the "nice" weather in Florida. When I got there, I found more of the same type of weather I left in North Carolina - rain and unseasonably cold!

My plans were simple, attend all of the locations for the Florida Live Steamers Winter Meets and return home in March. I had with me my Bill Conner Steam/Beam with tender, a Plum Cove "Generic Electric" box cab, a Tom Bee gondola, a Tom Bee flat car, and a Mountain Car bobber caboose.
